Tim Conlin

Hi all! Coming from 3 years in the sports industry, my time in that fast-paced, high-energy environment helped shape my professional mindset and strengthen my communication and relationship-building skills. Today, I’ve brought that drive and adaptability to my role at Paradigm Trends as a Sales Executive, continuing to grow both personally and professionally.

I’m originally from Gardiner, NY, and after graduating high school I decided to pursue junior hockey in Canada and Massachusetts. That journey brought me to Eastern Michigan University, where I continued playing hockey while earning my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2020.

Outside of work, I’m an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to basketball and the New York Knicks. Whether it’s playing or watching, I love staying active and engaged in all kinds of sports. When I’m not on the court or the field, you can find me enjoying time with my girlfriend—whether that’s at a restaurant, catching a Broadway show, or binge-watching the latest TV series.
