Tariffs? We’re Not Sweating.

Factories, Logistics, Tariffs

Let’s be honest. The hospitality industry is chaotic right now. Tariffs are hiked. Lead times are a mess. Prices are jumping. And most vendors are playing catch-up.

Not us.

At Paradigm Trends, we’re not reacting. We’re ready. Years ago, we planted our roots in India. That move wasn’t about trends. It was about long-term stability. And now it’s giving us (and our clients) a serious edge.

Why Our Prices Aren’t All Over the Place

Most suppliers are hurting right now because they rely too heavily on China. Tariffs are driving their costs up, and they’re passing that stress onto their clients.

We still produce some items in China, like resin. We’re not pretending otherwise. But the bulk of our sourcing and our most trusted partnerships are in India. That’s what keeps our pricing steady. That’s what gives you consistency when other vendors can’t.

Others Are Sweating. We’re Shipping.

If you’ve worked with a supplier lately who changed the lead time on you mid-project, you’re not alone.

We don’t do that.

Our Indian production partners have been with us for decades. They know how we work, and we know how to deliver. Plus, our Insignia collection is stocked in New Jersey and ready to ship now. No excuses. No delays.

India Wasn’t Plan B. It Was Always the Plan.

We didn’t pivot to India when things got tough. We built our business there from the start. Back in 1984. Some of our competing vendors didn’t even exist then. That decision has always been about quality, consistency, and control.

Other vendors are trying to figure out how to move away from high-risk regions. We already did. Years ago. Suffice it to say, we have our act together.

If You Want Consistency, Work With the People Who Planned Ahead

We don’t need to sweat. We’re not making up new terms or shifting timelines last minute. We’re just doing what we’ve always done: delivering.

If your project needs a partner who knows how to weather a tough market, you’re looking at them.

Let’s keep things moving.
