Lila Kahn

I’m excited to join Paradigm Trends, leading sales across Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland. I’m a proud hospitality professional and have been fortunate to wear many hats throughout an eclectic career. I began in food and beverage, working in restaurant operations as well as marketing and brand management for several restaurant groups and wine importers. More recently, I have held business development roles with hospitality-focused startups in the short-term rental space.

What drew me to Paradigm Trends is its blend of beautiful design, deep manufacturing roots, and a 40-year legacy of partnership within the hospitality industry. Having worked on both sides of the table, I believe the strongest sales relationships are built on collaboration, trust, and solving real problems for clients.

When I’m not working, I enjoy outdoor pursuits, especially biking and hiking. I also love exploring New York’s neighborhoods and discovering new foods along the way. Travel is a lifelong passion, and I keep a growing list of places still left to see. While I enjoy far-flung adventures, my all-time happy place is floating in the surf on the Jersey Shore on a sunny summer day.
