Looking Back on 2025: A Year of Momentum and Meaningful Partnerships

If there’s a single word we’d use to describe 2025 at Paradigm Trends, it’s intentional.

This was a year defined by purposeful growth and clarity; clarity in how we support hotels, designers, and more, in how we scale responsibly, and clarity in what it means to be a long-term OS&E and FF&E partner in a shifting hospitality landscape.


We Showed Up, In Person and With Purpose

In 2025, we attended 11 industry trade shows, including BDNY right here in New York City.

For us, trade shows are about conversations, discussing projects, exploring constraints, reviewing finishes side by side, and helping teams make informed decisions more quickly. Every show reinforced the same truth: hospitality is still a relationship business, and presence matters.


We Expanded the Catalog, Thoughtfully

This year, we introduced 50 new designs to our catalog.

Not 50 ideas for the sake of showing something new, but 50 solutions shaped by real project needs, durability requirements, budget realities, brand standards, and the increasing demand for flexibility between stock and custom. From sleep and wellness accessories to a new FSC-certified collection, each addition earned its place.


We Grew Our Team in NYC

Behind every well-executed guestroom and on-time schedule is a deeply human operation. In 2025, we welcomed 8 new employees to our NYC headquarters.

That growth strengthened our ability to support complex projects, welcome new partnerships, and maintain the responsiveness and assistance we’re known for. It also reinforced something our audience consistently responds to, which is that the people behind the products matter.


We Invested in Availability, Not Just Aesthetics

Supply chain reliability continues to be a defining factor in procurement decisions. This year, we closed out 2025 with 175,940 units in stock across our Insignia range, ready to ship.

That inventory represents peace of mind for hotels navigating renovations, refreshes, and replacements on real-world timelines. With Paradigm Trends, you know what you need is available when you need it.
